The statistic displays the results of an Ipsos survey regarding consumer expectations of the future quality of food in Belgium in 2018. The survey results suggest that as of 2018, consumers expectations of future food quality were somewhat pessimistic. A quarter of people surveyed indicated that they expected the quality of food to deteriorate in future, while just over half of survey respondents expected the quality of food available in the coming years to stay the same.
