During the period surveyed, the majority of respondents indicated that they regarded collusion and nepotism negatively. 43 percent of respondents stated that collusion and nepotism are not ethical, whereas 12 percent respondent that collusion and nepotism are evil. In comparison, 30 percent answered that they see using such connections for personal gain as normal.
