The percentage of respondents who are willing to change car brands for better connectivity services rose considerably between 2014 and 2016, but rebounded slightly in 2017 and dipped to just 36 percent in 2019. This figure compares to 40 percent of respondents who had said they would change brands for better connectivity in 2018, according to McKinsey.
