During the period surveyed, 56 percent of managers believed that resistance to change at the individual level is the biggest barrier to successful organizational change in Singapore. In comparison, only 42 percent of managers believe that a lack of transparency around the purpose for change is the biggest hindrance to implementing changes in an organization.
