Survey respondents in both the Netherlands and Belgium estimated that roughly 80 percent of infants were vaccinated. In reality, close to 100 percent of infants in the Netherlands and Belgium were vaccinated against Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio and Measles.
