Social engagement index in Russia 2018

* The social engagement index is supposed to show the relation between entrepreneurism and engagement/participation in society/activism.
The source adds the following information regarding the methodology: "A social engagement index was created by combining responses to the below, where:
High Participation = done 4+ items
Moderate Participation = done 2-3 items
Low Participation = done 0-1 items".
