The Deloitte Christmas Shopping survey was conducted by 840 respondents aged from 18 to 65 years. The data was collected via a structured online questionnaire for a sample of individuals with controlled panels. Each consumer panel was identified by panelist firms based on socio-demographics, personal interests, income level and consumer behavior.
