This statistic presents the results of a survey on Christmas gifts' shopping behavior in Italy in 2018. In particular, the graph shows the attitude of the respondents towards online shopping compared to in-store shopping for different product categories. It can be seen that the vast majority of respondents (78 percent) preferred in-store shopping when it comes to food products. Conversely, when booking a flight or a travel as a Christmas gift 79 percent of the respondents choose to go online.
