Share of Instagram in desktop social media market India 2020-2023
Instagram's share in India's desktop social media market declined to around 3.5 percent in June 2023. This was a significant reduction compared to the same period in the previous year, when the market share peaked to nearly nine percent. The Meta-owned platform held a far larger share of the overall social media market given it's mobile device-friendly interface.
