Digital practices of grocery shopping among French consumers 2018-2020
This statistic displays the share of French consumers using digital options to grocery shopping in a survey from January 2018. It appears that 24 percent of the respondents used the Drive option of stores to shop. This value has increased to 46 percent in 2020, partly due to the sanitary crisis. Delivery user share has doubled since 2018, similarly to self-scanning users which grew by 17 percent.
