The statistic shows the results of a survey about the share of people saving for old age in Malaysia in 2018, by type of population. In the period surveyed, the highest share of respondents saving for old age was among the richest 60 percent of respondents with about 47 percent, compared to only about 28 percent of the surveyed people who attended primary education or less.
