This statistic shows the results of a survey about purchases from online retailers and bricks and mortar stores on Black Friday in Australia in 2017 and 2018. During the period examined, 53.24 percent of respondents in 2017 looked for Black Friday deals both online and from physical stores. In 2018, 56.55 percent stated that they intend to search online and in bricks and mortar stores. By comparison, in 2017 12.2 percent of respondents searched for deals in physical stores and in 2018, 6.31 percent stated that they intend to search for deals in physical stores.
