In May 2024, the inflation rate of Mexico compared to the same month of the previous year reached 4.69 percentage points. The expenditure category that experienced the largest year-on-year increase in prices was for other services, whose CPI grew 6.83 percent. Health and personal care ranked second, with an inflation rate of 5.15 percent.
