Clothes purchased in last twelve months Australia 2017

This statistic depicts the results of a survey about the proportion of clothes respondents purchased in the last twelve months in Australia as of October 2017. During the survey, 65 percent of respondents from the baby boomer age group stated they had purchased less than ten percent of clothes they own in the last twelve months, compared to 28 percent of respondents in the millennial age group. By comparison, 38 percent of millennials stated they had bought over half of their wardrobe in the last twelve months, compared to nine percent of baby boomers.
