When asked which websites they planned to use to shop for holiday gifts in 2024, about three-quarters of U.S. consumers mentioned Amazon. Walmart and Target followed, with 55 percent and 32 percent of respondents, respectively. In the last year, some consumers have even started using ChatGPT for their online gift shopping.
