During the time period measured, 49.2 percent of those who were very dissatisfied with their gas provider were likely to switch. By comparison, only 4.3 percent of those who were very satisfied with their gas provider were likely to switch their provider. In total, 10.3 percent of all gas providers said that they were very or quite likely to switch their provider.
