Dengue cases in Venezuela 2015-2023

In 2023, the number of dengue cases in Venezuela amounted to around 5,000, down from 11,400 infections registered a year earlier. Overall, the number of dengue infections has been decreasing since 2015, the year with the highest number of dengue infections in the South American country, when cases amounted to over 54,000. During the last year depicted, the country with the highest number of dengue cases in Latin America was Brazil.
