Major reasons for travel product purchase decisions in Japan 2018
The statistic presents the results of a survey conducted in June 2018 in Japan on the factors influencing the choice of a recent travel product. During the surveyed period, the largest share of respondents, almost 34 percent, stated that the reason for choosing a recent travel product was because it was the least expensive. In contrast, only five percent of respondents stated that it was due to the recommendation of travel agency staff.
