Italy: opinion on disadvantages of AI in healthcare 2018
This statistic shows the results of survey about the main disadvantages of using Artificial Intelligence for medical diagnosis in Italy in 2018. According to roughly half of the respondents, the lack of human contact was the main disadvantage of receiving a diagnosis from an AI system. Moreover, 36 percent of interviewees perceived the absence of experience and intelligence that a doctor could bring in a diagnosis as a remarkable disadvantage.
