The survey results suggest that as of 2018, a large share of youth aged between 12 and 25 years in the Netherlands watched series and/or movies via video platforms multiple times a week. Roughly 60 percent of survey respondents indicated that they used video platforms to watch movies or series multiple times per week, of whom 23 percent did so on a daily basis.
