Italy: willingness to pay for olive oil 2018, by price range

This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the average price paid for purchasing olive oil among Italian consumers as of June 2018. According to data, 31 percent of respondents spent on average between four and six euros for a liter of olive oil. By contrast, only one percent of consumers were willing to pay over 16 euros a liter.
