The statistic displays the results of a survey of the frequency of failed retail store visits in the Netherlands in 2018, by store type. The survey results suggest that as of 2018, consumers most frequently experienced unsuccessful visits to fashion stores, whereas consumers were rarely disappointed with their visits to Telecom shops. Close to 40 percent of respondents indicated that their visits to fashion retail stores were regularly unsuccessful, whereas 41 percent of respondents indicated that they were (almost) never disappointed following a shopping visit to telecom stores.
