Car dealership: mobile phone activity of car consumers in the UK 2017

This statistic shows the results of a survey on the way car consumers are using their mobile phones while at a dealership in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2017. That year, approximately 34 percent of car consumers used their mobile phones to check prices and specifications elsewhere while visiting a dealership. Only 11 percent of car consumers used their phones to call another dealership to check what's in stock.
