Frequency of streaming TV shows in the U.S. 2020, by age group
According to the results of a survey held in the United States in January 2020, 55 percent of adults aged between 55 and 64 years watched or streamed TV shows every day, making respondents within this age bracket the most likely to do so. Consumption was similar those aged between 18 and 44 years old, but adults between 45 and 54 years were less likely than respondents in all other age groups to watch or stream television shows on a daily basis, with just 45 percent reporting daily consumption.
