Opinion on priests following recent child sexual abuse cases in France 2017

This graph shows how the image of priests among French people has been impacted by child sexual abuse cases involving members of Catholic Church in a survey from 2017. According to the survey, 37 percent of the respondents declared that their opinion about priests has been impacted a little by recent child sexual abuse cases. Moreover, 28 percent of respondents have considered their image of priests impacted a lot by these cases, whereas 11 percent of them thought it has not changed their opinion at all.
The Catholic Church has been recently impacted by a number of cases concerning child sexual abuse in France and all around the world.
