Primary reason for using click & collect in European countries in 2017
This statistic shows the reasons people in select European countries use the "Click & Collect" service in 2017. At the time of the survey, 55 percent of respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) claimed to have used Click & Collect in order to avoid delivery charges, compared to 24 percent in Germany.
