A survey conducted in 2021 in Japan revealed that around 20.5 percent of boys and slightly more than 16 percent of girls aged 4 to 12 years often engaged with their family in exercises, sports and physical play. The majority of children this age engage in such kind of interactions with their families at least sometimes.
