Italy: preferred alcoholic beverages 2018, by macro-region
This statistic shows the results of a poll about the preferred alcoholic beverages in Italy in 2018, by macro-region. When ordering alcoholic drinks at a bar, only seven percent of the residents in the South of Italy would order wine, as 41 percent of them would rather have a beer. Cocktails seemed to be more popular in the North East and Center of Italy, with a preference rate of 18 percent among the interviewees.
