*The respondents were asked to evaluate their input in digitalization processes on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 indicated a low level of planning to implement digital processes, whereas 5 referred to high levels of commitment to this process. **The survey was conducted among 65 hospitals and healthcare facilities. Public hospitals accounted for 32 percent of the sample.
