Italy: populist sentiments in 2018
This statistic illustrates the prevalence of populist sentiments in Italy in 2018. According to data published by IPSOS, 51 percent of the interviewed Italians were of the opinion that traditional parties and politicians did not care about people like them, whereas 56 percent of the respondents believed that Italian economy was rigged to advantage the rich and powerful.
