Number of railway passenger kilometers in the Netherlands 2005-2017
As of 2017, passengers travelled 19 billion kilometers by train in the Netherlands. This is slightly more than in the previous year, when the passenger kilometers by railway amounted to 18.9 billion kilometers. The lowest registered passenger kilometers by railway was seen in 2005 with approximately 15 billion railway passenger kilometers.
