The statistic presents the percentage change in value of wine exported from Italy in the first half of 2019*, by selected country. Among the traditional importers of Italian wine, Spain was the trade partner that generated the highest increase (17.1 percent). Far eastern countries reported also a positive trend, as for instance the wine exports value to Japan grew by 15 percent. In the first six months of 2019, the value of Italian wine imported by UK decreased by 1.9 percent if compared to the same period of 2018.
