Prevalence of aesthetic cosmetic surgery in the Netherlands 2018
The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding the prevalence of aesthetic cosmetic surgery in the Netherlands in 2018. The survey results indicate that a large share of survey participants did not know anybody who had undergone cosmetic surgery for aesthetic reasons. Close to 50 percent of respondents did not know anyone who had undergone such surgery, while the share of respondents who knew more than two people who had undergone cosmetic surgery for aesthetic reasons was just 30 percent.
