The survey results indicate that the consumer rights considered most important in the Netherlands are the rights to observe previously agreed upon prices and the right to cancel subscriptions. Over 25 percent of respondents indicated that they considered the right to observe agreed prices when later confronted by additional costs to be the most important of the consumer rights available to consumers in the Netherlands in 2017.
