According to a 2023 survey, the share of Brazilian respondents that consumed organic products amounted to 36 percent. This figure shows an increase of five percentage points in comparison to 2021, and a 21 percent increase compared to 2017 when the share of respondents identified as organic consumers totaled 15 percent.
