This statistic ranks the most common challenges of using chatbots according to internet users in the United States as of May 2018. According to the results, 50.7 percent of respondents stated that their main issue with using chatbots for customer service requests was that it prevented them from speaking to a live person, while an additional 47.5 percent of respondents stated that chatbots provided too many unhelpful responses.
