Retail rental values in Paris in Q2 2017 and Q2 2018, by street or retail area
This statistic illustrates total value of retail rents in Paris in the 2nd quarter of 2017 and 2018, by street or retail area. It can be seen that there was very little change in the rental values from the 2nd quarter of 2017 to the 2nd quarter of 2018. However both Rue de Rivoli and Rue de Passy saw slight increases in rental values from 3,500 euros to 4,000 euros per square meter per year and 2,500 euros to 3,000 euros per square meter per year respectively.
