Three of the five most attractive cities for multifamily investment in 2023 worldwide according to investors were situated in the United States. Investors from the U.S., EMEA, and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions were asked to pick the best cities for multifamily investment in their respective region. Among the U.S. respondents, 36 percent chose Dallas/Ft. Worth and in the EMEA region, 38 percent of the respondents voted for London. In the APAC region, the most popular city was Tokyo, according to 31 percent of respondents. In 2023, house prices continued to increase across many countries worldwide.
