Leading reasons why first-time home purchase is not possible in Luxembourg 2018
This statistic shows the answers to a survey question asking what was the main reason that consumers believed they were unable to purchase their first property in Luxembourg in 2018. 41 percent of the respondents indicated that their income would be insufficient, citing a belief they did not earn enough to buy a house. The main reason, however, was an expectancy that housing prices will remain high in the Grand Duchy.
