Points of irritation when returning items purchased online in the United States 2020
In December 2020, approximately a quarter of consumers in the United States stated that their main point of irritation, when it came to trying to return items that they had purchased online, was having to pay to ship the item back to the seller. The second and third biggest gripes were having to drop the packaged product off at a mail facility and not having an easy way to make the exchange, respectively.
