This statistic depicts the share of individuals not using WhatsApp to communicate with physicians in Italy in 2018, by reason. As of survey period, most of the respondents (68 percent) declared to prefer vis-à-vis communication, when it comes to health-related issues. In addition, 18 percent of interviewees could not use this communication channel because their physician had not the habit to get in contact with patients through WhatsApp.
