In the fourth quarter of 2019, Ford's brand strength score in Mexico stood at 40 percent, down from 43 percent in the second quarter of that year. On the other hand, Chevrolet, another non-luxury automotive brand scored 44 percent in Mexico that same quarter.
The study is based on the response of 601 new vehicle intenders in Mexico and intends to measures the strength of the consumer-brand relationship. Values for Q2 2019 were taken from a previous report.
