Usage of peer-to-peer accommodation websites in Finland 2019, by age group
As of 2019, 11 percent of Finns had rented short-term accommodation using peer-to-peer websites or internet platforms such as Airbnb. Based on the survey results, 21 percent of respondents aged 25 to 34 years had used an online platform for short-term lodgings within the last year. The corresponding share among all other age groups was below 20 percent.
