This statistic presents the information on the interest of digital buyers in the United States in new shopping options and technologies as of May 2018. During the surveyed period, 59 percent of respondents stated that they would like to use the option of grab-and-go stores which were equipped with self-checkouts via direct from their phones. Only nine percent of respondents stated that they have either used such service in the past or were still using it to this day. Additionally, 32 percent of respondents reported to having no interest whatsoever with such forms of shopping options or technologies as this.
