As can be seen the largest commercial property transaction displayed in 2017 was the purchase of the Züblin Immobilien (German portfolio) from the buyer CLS Holding which amounted to a value of 167 million Swiss francs. Also notable in 2017 was the buying of office real estate amounting to 78 million Swiss francs by Bank J. Safra Sarasin from BNP Paribas.
