Learning methods for professionals in the Netherlands 2018

The statistic displays the results of a survey of learning methods for professionals in the Netherlands in 2018. The survey results indicate that the majority of respondents learned through sharing knowledge with colleagues. Approximately 70 percent of respondents indicated that they acquired knowledge through interaction and knowledge sharing with colleagues. Training institutions were also a popular means of learning, with just under 60 percent of professionals who participated in the survey indicating that they availed of training provided by training institutions.
