This statistic shows the share of respondents in Malaysia whose organizations experienced the following types of cyber-attacks between 2015 and 2017. During the period surveyed, 36 percent of respondents answered that their organizations did not experience cyber-attacks. Amongst respondents whose organizations were victims of cyber attacks, the most prevalent technique used was phishing, with 22 percent of respondents stating that their organizations were targeted using this technique. In comparison, two percent of respondents indicated that their organizations were targeted using brute force attacks.
