The share of Swedes being very or rather satisfied with their political influence in the European Union fluctuated over this period. As of 2018, a share of 12 percent of people raised outside of Sweden were satisfied their democratic influence, while only four percent of people that were raised in Sweden were satisfied.

The percentage refers to the combined share of respondents stating to be "very satisfied (1)" and "rather satisfied (2)". The share answering to be "not very satisfied (3)" and "not satisfied at all (4)" is not included in this statistic.
