Investment in office real estate in London declined in 2022 and remained low in 2023. In the fourth quarter of 2023, the value of investment allocated to offices stood at 1.82 billion British pounds, which was an increase from the same period in 2022 but shy from previous years. Demand for offices has stalled since the pandemic, causing an increase in vacancy rates.
