The number of active internet banking customers in Turkey increased steadily each year during the period from 2014 to 2016, but decreased the following years. The number of active internet banking customers peaked at 20.4 million in 2016, but the number decreased to 12.04 million active customers in 2023. The number of active mobile banking customers in the country increased steadily during the same period.
